Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may require up to 3 business days to process and ship, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Please note, orders may experience longer processing times during peak season, such as limited promotions and holidays.
If your order contains one or more backordered or preordered item(s), all items in your order, including non-backorder/preorder items, may be held so they can ship together. This could potentially extend the processing and shipping time of your order.
ISSUES WITH TRACKING INFO:
We're always happy to help, but we have access to the same tracking information as you. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at contact@TheOpenCase.com.
SHIPPING RATES:
All of our orders use calculated shipping rates: This means that shipping charges for all orders are calculated at and displayed at checkout. The costs and shipping timing all depends on the carrier, type of shipping (exp: Express vs. Ground...) and the items you ordered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DELIVERY, and VAT & DUTIES:
Delivery times and shipping fees for orders outside the US are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Orders shipped outside the US do NOT have duties and taxes prepaid. If you are outside of the US you should expect to pay these additional charges separately, through the carrier, on your order.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

We ship worldwide but there are a few places we cannot currently ship to or have previously had a hard time shipping to.
APOs & Military Bases: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO we will try our very best to get your order to you, however, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this is the case, we will offer a full refund.
Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We do not recommend, in any case, shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.
Conflict Zones: Due to major conflicts in certain areas around the world (exp: Ukraine, Gaza...) it is not recommended to try to order products to these areas, and we hold the right to deny shipping if we do not feel the items would arrive in a timely fashion, or at all.
Sanctioned & Forbidden Countries: Due to USA Federal and other restrictions, we currently do not ship to locations sanctioned by the USA (exp: Russia, Iran, North Korea...).
