Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange. To initiate a return, refund or exchange, email us at contact@theopencase.com and describe the issue. 

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return, refund or exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions for returning your package. You are responsible for any shipping charges unless otherwise advised. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, refund or exchange will not be accepted. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspected it, and let you know if the return, refund or exchange was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or you will ship the exchange item (subject to availability) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you that your refund was approved and your payment has not come through, or you have not received your exchange item, please contact us at contact@TheOpenCase.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Bulk Orders
All bulk orders are not eligible for returns. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product is considered a bulk order.)
Promotional Gifts
All promotional gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
Returns for Third-Party Platforms
For products purchased on third-party platforms such as Amazon, EBay, and Kickstarter..., or through OpenCase's authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their return policy. Buyers are encouraged to contact OpenCase Customer Support directly before returning products to confirm if a return is the best option available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
