A few weeks ago a friend of mine and a supporter of the Kickstarter, Dave, showed me how he had customized his OpenCase MagSafe Case and FillerPlate. Using a dark grey vinyl spray paint that he had purchased for his car's interior, he gave his formerly black case and favorite accessory a new look to match. And that car is... a DeLorean! Growing up in the ’80’s, one of the seminal films of my youth was Back to the Future, and thus, the DeLorean is the ultimate signal of cool. So, now, his OpenCase matches his DeLorean.
Of course, if you chose to paint or customize your OpenCase MagSafe Case, it's entirely at your own risk. The cases weren't designed or sold with that in mind, so no guarantees that it wouldn't ruin your case. Neverless, I wanted to share it with you, because I thought it looked rad!
